When a pay request or PCO is approved (acknowledged) by the architect, the pending item list does not update by removing the approved items. This list used to be updated immediately after approving items.

When a change order is approved, the assigned AA in rare cases isn't getting an email on the final approval.

When adding multiple annotations, particularly the "callout" annotation, the user encounters an error. Additionally, when the user scrolls, a black screen sometimes appears, making the PDF no longer visible. We need to implement a scrolling limit to prevent this issue.

It seems when proposed change orders, or when action items are entered, I get two emails saying basically the same thing. Is there a way to only get one email when these items are approved or entered?
