Implement a feature in ConsLog that allows consultant users to add external links, such as Dropbox or other file-sharing services, directly in the Bid Documents section. This would enable contractors to easily access large sets of photos or documents without losing track of them in their emails, enhancing the efficiency of document management and accessibility.

Please make it so the address, phone, email, of the winning contractors shows up on the exported bid tab.

Need to be able to create a PCO when the change does not involve a cost or days. But the change is still needs to be documented. as of right now you have to make a change to two different line items and make them wash each other out. which may not apply in all cases.

A project newly entered into "Construction" phase will not allow me to add additional contacts, i.e. project superintendent and project manager, unless a start date is selected. These contacts are not always known at time of bidding. A notice-to-proceed is not always issued and available at this early stage of construction. The Contractor needs to upload a project schedule before a NTP will be issued so it is somewhat of a catch-22 if the PM has no access. There is typically some "house cleaning," needed at this stage, getting things in order, and preventing the addition of contacts is limiting and a hindrance. It would be helpful if we were allowed to edit the Project Settings without regard to the Start Date or other such restrictions.

Some users prefer to download PDFs directly rather than opening them in the browser, as this streamlines workflows with external PDF software (e.g., Bluebeam). Currently, Chrome's default behavior is to open PDFs in the built-in viewer, but users can change this in Chrome settings. A feature allowing users to set a profile preference in the application to always download PDFs—rather than open them—would improve efficiency and align with user expectations. Feedback has been noted for adding such a profile setting in a future iteration.

I would love to see an option to send bid invitations to a separate email from the construction notifications.
